Cocktail waitress apologises to Tiger Woods wife

A cocktail waitress who claims to have had an affair with Tiger Woods has apologised to the golfer's wife on US television.

Jaimee Grubbs, 24,

told entertainment show Extra said she was "deeply sorry" for sleeping with Elin Nordegren's husband.

She claims she had an affair with Woods for almost three years after meeting him at a Las Vegas club when she was 21.
