TROUBLED Tiger Woods was left with a broken tooth after his angry wife threw a phone at him before his infamous car crash, it was claimed last night.
The reports came as porn star Joslyn James became the latest woman to claim she had an affair with the billionaire golfer.
The tooth drama unfolded inside the family mansion after Tiger's wife Elin Nordegren confronted his alleged mistress Rachel Uchitel over the phone.
Reports claimed she yelled at her: "I know everything."
Elin then turned her anger on Woods, it was claimed.
An insider told Star magazine: "She then grabbed a golf club and chased him around the house, doing tens of thousands of dollars of damage.
"Tiger ran out to his Escalade barefoot to get away from her."
Yesterday, busty Joslyn claimed she believed she was Woods' full-t ime mistress. The hardcore actress, 39, real name Veronica Siwik-Daniels, has starred in a number of sexually explicit movies.
According to website Deadspin.com, she is said to have spoke often about "all the freaky s*** Tiger dug in bed".
At least another six women have claimed to have had affairs with the golfer.
But nightclub hostess Uchitel has strongly denied any involvement with Woods. Yesterday, Star magazine claimed Elin's call to Uchitel in the early hours of November 27 was the second the Swedish beauty had made to her.
Tiger's wife reportedly told her: "I'm hearing stories coming in from everyone from every direction."
But Uchitel allegedly hit back: "It's ridiculous and crazy that people are saying that I slept with him."
Uchitel, 34, told OK! magazine: "In every story you need a villain and a hero.
"I've been characterised as a villain People have called me homewrecker, gold-digger, tramp, whore.
"I made mistakes but I'm not those things. They call me an escort or a madam. I don't do anything that has to do with sex.
"I'm not a whore. I'm not a tramp. I'm not an escort. I'm not stupid or a bimbo."
